The element gripper with automatic element orientation, combined with Robot, can pick up objects of any shape with dimensions from 5 to 60 mm.
Elements placed in bulk in containers, can be picked up guided by a 3D vision system, or if directed on ribbons (as in the video below) always in bulk, guided by a 2D camera.
All electric motors are managed by Powerlink protocol (field bus), so they can be combined with any brand of robot with the same protocol.
Created for gadget-type objects to be placed in containers such as preformed kegs or envelopes, with bulk pick-up and dedicated storage, depositing the object in the desired position.
The standard gripper is also combined with two types of standard AP islands, for direct gripping from the container, or running on tapes.
